Powertech America Inc, a high quality transmission manufacturer in West Point, Georgia, has 130 openings at their facility.  The company will be recruiting for positions at a job fair scheduled for Monday, June 11, 2012 at the Goodwill Career Center located at 3740 Pepperell Parkway in Opelika, Alabama.  The event will be from 9am to 1pm and is open to the public.

The company is looking to hire Production and Maintenance Team Members.  There are positions available for Assembly, Test, Quality, Material, and Production Control.  Job seekers with manufacturing experience in any of these fields are encouraged to come to the job fair.  The starting wage for production workers is $11.50 per hour and Maintenance workers $16.00 per hour.  The company has 2ndand 3rd shifts available, rotating shifts, and weekend work that candidates can apply for.
